Directed resource demand management for BearingPoint, Inc across seven Asia Pacific nations, deploying 2,500 regional professionals on global projects (Honolulu, Hawaii; with responsibility for and offices in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, and Thailand)

Managed Bank of America's 24/7 on-line customer support unit for named corporate account customers for both middle market and Fortune 500 firms, including a $6.5 million budget and 22 technical staff; decreased customer complaints by 87%, increased processing efficiency through streamlined operations, and reduced employee turnover to <2% (San Francisco, California)

Established a zero-defect QA testing program for treasury management products and provided technical support for and coordinated customer evaluation of beta-site testing for new financial services products (San Francisco, California)

Led the development of information technology strategy for Hawaiian Airlines and related requirements analysis for passenger revenue accounting, general accounting and yield management systems (Honolulu, Hawaii)

Led the development of requirements for China Southern Airlines' revenue accounting system (Hong Kong and Guangzhou, China)

Managed Bank of America's public finance and corporate trust financial services, a $4.8 million operating budget, and a staff of 80 securities professionals, marketing specialists and attorneys (San Francisco, California; with responsibility for and offices in Los Angeles and New York)

Planned, implemented, and managed a public mass transportation system for the County of Kaua‘i (Līhu‘e, Kaua‘i, Hawai‘i)

Coordinated federal and state intervention after Hurricane Iniki to establish emergency public transit and rebuild transportation system for the county (Honolulu and Līhu‘e, Kaua‘i, Hawaii)

Designed a decision-support credit portfolio quality management information system to evaluate retail, real estate and commercial assets for Bank of America NT&SA’s Credit Policy Committee (San Francisco, California)

Developed and maintained the BankAmerica Corporation shareholder relations program for individual investors and managed the relationship of the corporation with its transfer agent (San Francisco, California)

Contributed professional expertise to an international symposium on corporate financial disclosure and was spokesperson for BankAmerica's Corporate Disclosure Code (San Francisco, California)

Participated in the development and implementation of Vanpool Hawai‘i that has grown to more than 200 vehicles (Honolulu, Hawai‘i).

Analyzed the financial plans and fiscal impact of proposed new rapid transit systems for Honolulu and Kauai for key policy and decision-makers (Honolulu and Līhu‘e, Kaua‘i, Hawai‘i).

Administered federal-aid grants to rural transit programs for three counties (Big Island, Kaua‘i and Maui, Hawai‘i).

Participated in the development of one of the nation's first interactive multimedia computer models for visualizing proposed transportation improvements (Honolulu, Hawai‘i).

Consultant to the strategic plan development team for an international airline (St. Louis, Missouri; Miami, Florida).

Member of planning committees of the Oahu Metropolitan Planning Organization and of Hawai‘i's rural counties (Honolulu, Big Island, Kaua‘i and Maui, Hawai‘i).

Expanded the scope of Hawai‘i's state and county telecommuter initiatives to increase productivity and reduce traffic (Honolulu, Kaua‘i, Maui and Big Island, Hawai‘i).

Coordinator for Aloha Morocco Week, held to celebrate the establishing of a Sister City relationship between Honolulu and Rabat, which was sponsored by the Hawai‘i Friends of Morocco under the patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI of Morocco
